BPPP
BPPP does not enter into competition with public task forces or private interest groups.
Hence, BPPP is not a typical lobbying association. Its primary objective is rather to develop PPP concepts, which are able to contribute to minimising innovation deficits and reform lags in Germany. This requires commonly accepted standards for every PPP-relevant sector. PPP-projects will only be able to effectively solve the solution to infrastructural problems if both public and private sectors manage to agree on standards concerning the conclusion of contracts and the evaluation of PPP. The elaboration of common standards requires a thorough analysis of whether and under which conditions and in which areas, PPP can constitute a constructive and future-orientated solution for urgently required investments in public infrastructure despite financial shortages.
